I had a fantastic experience at this dealership with my car service advisor Danielle Fugler. Customer service was top-notch, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. Before and after the mishap of my car being overlooked in the repair shop.
She even offered to pick me up in the morning on her way to work. So I could pick up my car. Because the staff member who drove the shuttle had left for the night.
Trey, the sales manager was phenomenal as well!!

I was scheduled for two service recalls including the anti theft update plus a oil change/tire rotation.I sat for 3 hours and had to cancel all services except my anti theft update. It literally took 30 mins or less because I have indicators on my car to inform me. Initially, After an hour of waiting I went to ask Danielle about the wait time and she said she tried to start my car and the battery was dead, therefore my car had not been moved for device BUT I went right to my car and cranked it for her. This is simply a review to inform Kia not only did they waste my personal time as a customer, I also wasted my time for work pay. As I live over 40 minutes or almost a hour away depending on traffic . Please schedule your appointments to flow in better manner.Danielle seemed to hint that I was originally assigned to someone else.now I have to find time in my schedule again to just take my car to a local shop as I have in the past to change my oil in less than 20-30 minutes.
Just recently got my wife a new sorrento from here and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I have been apart of some bad ones for sure. Trey the Sales Manager was PHENOMENAL. He took care of my wife and I from top to bottom. He listened to my concerns and did his best to get us a good deal. He was very patient with us from the jump. Also, Victoria was our saleswoman. She was great. We dealt with her at least 3 times before deciding. She took her time to show us each car and explain all features. She was very knowledgeable. I would recommend these two to taje care of you if you are i need of car.

Will not answer phones. Cannot get into contact with anyone. Will not answer emails. Everyone is out of the office when you come in person/ the people there can’t tell you anything. My car’s repairs have been finished for over 6 days but I cannot get possession of my car due to the dealership not completing the paperwork on their end regarding the loaner company. The loaner company has been contacted several times and they have confirmed twice that the Kia all star service dealership has not done the paperwork to get the progress moving. The loaner company said they will try to contact the dealership on our behalf to find the issue - which is hard for them to do because no one answers the phones. This is has been an absolutely nightmare and a estimated week and half repair has turned into a on-going battle for 3 weeks. I still do not have my car. I still have not heard from anyone. It feels like my car is being held hostage due to their negligence.
